Okana Resort: Location and What it Offers

Okana, officially known as OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark, sits at 639 First Americans Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73129. The resort opened in 2025 as part of a major new attraction in the Horizons District, offering an expansive indoor waterpark, outdoor lagoon, dining, spa services, and entertainment options.
The indoor waterpark spans over 100,000 square feet, keeping a comfortable temperature year-round so that guests can enjoy wave pools, lazy rivers, thrill rides, and splash zones — regardless of the weather outside.
All in all, this is without a doubt one of the best resorts you will find in the Oklahoma City area.
Admission Pricing and Waterpark Access

Before planning, visitors should understand Okana’s admission structure. Generally, day pass pricing starts around $49.99 per guest. However, pricing varies by season, crowd levels, and special promotions.
Meanwhile, hotel guests receive waterpark access included with their stay. Even better, overnight guests enjoy access on check-out day. Therefore, booking a room adds tremendous overall value.
A Christmas Gift Turned Weekend Adventure

This past weekend, my family and I visited Okana Resort in Oklahoma City. Previously, I gifted this experience to our daughter Maddy for Christmas. Without question, the gift delivered lasting memories and genuine excitement.
Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. Thankfully, we received an early check-in at noon on Saturday. Because of this, our weekend started hours earlier than expected.
Easy Luggage Storage and Early Fun
Before entering our room, we stored luggage in the first-floor hotel closet. Conveniently, this allowed us immediate access to the waterpark. Soon after, we jumped directly into splash-filled fun.
For hours, we enjoyed slides, pools, and nonstop activity. Meanwhile, Maddy laughed endlessly while exploring every attraction. Clearly, Okana excels at creating joyful family moments.
Dinner at Jack Rabbit Gastropub

Afterward, we returned to our room to shower and relax briefly. Then, we headed upstairs to Jack Rabbit Gastropub on the second floor. Not surprisingly, the atmosphere felt casual, modern, and inviting.
For dinner, we ordered the Pub Smash Burgers. Without exaggeration, they tasted fantastic and perfectly seasoned. As expected, the meal satisfied our post-waterpark appetites completely.
Okana Candy- Bring the Kids!

Following dinner, we visited the Okana Candy Factory for dessert. There, Maddy enjoyed delicious ice cream that exceeded expectations. Naturally, smiles followed every bite.
Later, we used our $50 arcade credit included with the room. Together, we played several classic and modern arcade games. Personally, I enjoyed air hockey because I played it often growing up.

Why Staying Overnight Adds Serious Value

One major highlight involves the extended waterpark access for hotel guests. Specifically, guests enjoy waterpark admission even after check-out. Because of this, families maximize value without feeling rushed.
Therefore, booking a hotel stay makes excellent financial sense. Additionally, it allows guests to relax without strict time pressure. Ultimately, this benefit separates the Okana Resort from many competitors.
Breakfast and Day Two Adventures
On the second day, we started with breakfast at Market 56. There, we enjoyed fresh pastries and hot coffee. After breakfast, we returned to the waterpark for more rides.
Once again, laughter and excitement filled the day. Eventually, we shared a large pizza from Pie Lab. Thankfully, the pizza tasted wonderful and satisfied everyone.
Food Policies and Dining Convenience
Importantly, Okana does not allow outside food or drinks. However, guests never feel limited by on-site choices. Throughout the park, concession stands remain easily accessible.
Because of this, families stay fueled without leaving attractions. Additionally, dining options suit both children and adults. Overall, food availability enhances the entire experience.
Additional Attractions Beyond the Waterpark
Beyond water rides, Okana offers far more entertainment options. For example, guests enjoy a massive arcade and interactive attractions. Likewise, private cabanas provide relaxing spaces between activities.
Furthermore, shopping and dessert options add variety. As a result, Okana feels like a complete resort destination. Clearly, boredom never becomes an issue here.
Thoughts & Takeaways
And that will wrap things up for today.
Overall, the Okana Resort delivers one of Oklahoma City’s best family entertainment experiences. From beginning to end, the resort prioritizes comfort, excitement, and convenience. Without hesitation, we plan to return again.
In conclusion, Okana blends value, fun, and hospitality seamlessly. Whether visiting locally or traveling, families will create lasting memories here. Ultimately, Okana sets the standard for indoor waterpark adventures in Oklahoma City. Please share your experiences in the comment section below.
